I travel a lot and do use supermacs in different locations.
This one is nice as the staff are friendly and the premises though looks a bit untidy it was clean and it's a very busy outlet which I think is a good sign.
I have the same in most supermacs, lunch box, and the portion was big but the chicken was a bit crispy as in over done BUT I still had it as it was fine overall.

I had one of the most frustrating and downright unacceptable experiences with Merlin Park Supermac’s. My order was wrong, and when I called, they were hesitant to even re-deliver it. I was assured the driver would be sent straight back, but 30 minutes later nothing had arrived.

When I called again for an update, I was met with incredibly rude treatment from an employee named Rob. He spoke down to me in a condescending, sexist manner and even laughed at me while I was trying to resolve an issue caused by their mistake. This is absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Mistakes with orders can happen, but the way a business handles them makes all the difference. The dismissive, rude, and unprofessional behaviour I experienced was shocking. I will not be ordering from this location again, and I’d strongly caution others to think twice before giving them your business.

I had a really frustrating experience with an online order from this branch. The delivery ended up at my neighbor's house, and when I called to sort it out, they just insisted it had been delivered without even checking who signed for it. The manager wasn't helpful at all and refused a refund initially. After a bunch of calls, I still didn't get any compensation, even after waiting four hours for a new order. Plus, my drink was missing! The manager was rude and totally unsympathetic when I explained I'd come to the branch to sort things out. In the end, they only replaced the food, not the drink. To make it worse, the manager claimed their driver doesn’t ask for names upon delivery, just drops it off, and then insisted I was lying because the driver has been with them for 12 years.

We’ll have GTA VI before these lads answer the landline. Phone must’ve rang 10 times in the short period I was there, that was enough to leave a lasting impact of the work ethic of Supermacs Merlin’s... If the workers moved any slower their joints would seize. I rang in 4 times and got no answer, drove in and workers were staring at the phone as I stand in the shop and ring it myself. Pizza was decent tbf.
